Water Systems offers a variety of submetering systems from the most simple manually read meter to the most sophisticated computer-based reading and monitoring network. Water Systems also provides great prices and great services to back them up. Our flagship system is the WS2000 which can create real value at almost any property: large or small, old or new.

Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline the components of the WS2000 utility management system and to give a brief description of how those components work together. The WS2000 is a family of electronics and powerful software which may be configured to meet the demands of almost any utility management task, including submetering. From the most simple digital counting function (such as measuring water consumption), to the most demanding configuration (which may include digital and/or analog counters, timers, current monitors, temperature sensors, and many other data point monitors), the WS2000 is the most advanced utility management system available today.

Versatile
The WS2000 has the ability to interface with many third party devices such as water meters, electric meters, gas meters, etc. In the case of water, the system records consumption hourly and constantly analyzes this data for leaks as small as one gallon per hour.

The WS2000 also monitors devices such as electronic relays attached to compressors, HVAC fans, etc. in order to allocate utility costs by time of use or by other such calculation as desired. The WS2000 also controls devices such as water shut off valves and electrical contactors.

The WS2000 has the ability to control utility services remotely, from anywhere, through telephone access by computer. The possibilities are endless! With this in mind, the scope of this document has been limited to the installation of digital electronics which monitor water meters on a multi-family property.

The Need

Purchase and Lease Plans

SIMPLE PURCHASE (NO WSI FINANCING)
Net thirty upon completion of installation. For new construction, we use traditional draw payments. For most properties no deposit is required.

LEASES
Variable terms, 3 to 5 years, full pay out or purchase option. Buy outs on annual dates.

BILLING FEE BASED RENTAL
Monthly rental included as part of billing fee. Minimum initial rental period with 30-day cancellation for non-performance or property sale.

WS2000 MONITOR SOFTWARE PROACTIVE
Written by property management professionals for property management professionals, Monitor Software Proactive equipment assures virtually perfect (99.9%) metering reliability. Monitoring Software Proactive reports consumption variances which may lead to the discovery of leaks in water heaters, washers, line breaks, etc. The software also facilitates proactive maintenance by early warning on small leaks due to faulty flapper valves, dripping faucets and showers, etc. It compares the reading of the property master meter to aggregated unit and/or building meters to detect breaks in mains.
